Edy is transparent and easy to communicate! My contractor messed up my blind while we were remodeling the place. I contacted multiple places for quotes but a lot of them either never responded or told me the project was too small to take. Edy came the same day I contacted him and placed the order right after. I scheduled the appointment for my parents because the cord of their living room blinds were breaking down. I think it’s a relatively small job but he was very nice, professional and patient from the beginning of the communication till he finished the job. Edy did an amazing job fixing our automatic blinds. They were old, complex, and some parts weren’t even made anymore—but that didn’t stop him. He tracked down the parts, handled everything with care, and got the system working like new again. He was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Edy is great. He installed The roller blinds in the first floor of my house a few years ago. He did such an exact measurement. I have been thrilled. So a few years later, I had him do the roller blinds on the second floor of the house and they look fantastic and they match exactly the downstairs. He even figured out a way to reverse engineer one of the blinds for the crank opening so that they look nice. I got roller shades installed in my unit as part of an apartment-wide effort. The process was smooth and efficient. The two gentlemen that installed them were very communicative in letting me know what items to move, when there would be loud noises from sawing/vacuuming that might alarm my dog, and were overall very polite and friendly.
